About Autumn Tattenham, CD-PIC, NCS, CLC
Founder and CEO of Sweet Peas Baby, LLC.
Serving in-person clients in the greater San Diego area

Autumn is an INA (International Nanny Association) credentialed newborn care specialist (NCS), a certified postpartum and infant care doula (CD-PIC), and a certified lactation counselor (CLC). She has decades of experience in newborn care and is especially skillful at guiding first-time parents through the earliest phase of their babies’ lives.
A life-long learner, Autumn holds additional certifications in pediatric CPR and first aid, pediatric sleep shaping, managing multiples, postpartum mood disorders, and infant loss/bereavement support. Autumn has taken extra steps and has received her NCS certificate from CACHE, formerly known as the famed National Nursery Examinations Board (NNEB) in the UK, and has completed Level I certification in Relationship Foundations for new parents with Becoming Us. This past year she completed National Covid-ready Caregiver certification, and she follows all AAP, WHO, and CDC guidelines for postpartum and infant care. She is a current member of the International Nanny Association, as well as the Newborn Care Specialist Association International (NCSA).
When Autumn is not busy helping new parents become their best selves, she is writing, studying languages, adventuring with her dog and family, and enjoying all that San Diego has to offer.

About Mia Francesca Knox, CD-PIC
SPB Visual Marketing Director
Mia is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Cruz. She majored in Film and Digital Media with a concentration in production and specifically enjoys macro photography and cinematography.
She dapples in graphic design, creating logos, aesthetic layouts, mood boards, posts, pieces, and branding. She’s also a freelance videographer and photographer specializing in events, weddings, dog sports, and all things Sweet Peas Baby! Her creative goal is to always capture the details.
When she’s not shooting photos or video, you can find her caretaking little ones, and updating the Sweet Peas website.

Meet Cheyenne.
Social Media Manager
About Cheyenne Mefford, Social Media Manager
Cheyenne is a graduate of Central Washington University. She completed her bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education with a specialization in outdoor education and a minor in adventure leadership. She has been working in the social media marketing space for 5 years, providing mentorship for entrepreneurs, and has a true passion for content creation and marketing strategy. She is devoted to learning and adapting to the ever-changing digital world to best serve her community and clients.
When she is not busy managing the social media marketing strategies for Sweet Peas, you can find Cheyenne adventuring through Spokane with her fiancé and pup.
