Birth + Postpartum Doula Support Combined Service Package
Clients are accepted by interview only.
In-person birth, postpartum, lactation, and newborn care services are limited to California's greater San Diego areas.
Rates start at $70 per hour.
​Birth Support Includes:
- 24/7 Text/Email Support
- Backup Doula with the opportunity to meet in person prior to your baby's estimated arrival date
- Opportunity to meet backup doula
- Prenatal visits to prepare for birth and postpartum
- Continuous Face-to-Face Labor Support
- Lactation counseling if breastfeeding, including
assistance in the Golden Hour with first latch

Postpartum Support Includes:
- Catered specifically to what happens in the first critical days of postpartum recovery. Beginning the day you arrive home after the birth and continues with 3 hours of care daily for 5 consecutive days
- Three additional months of 24/7 Text/Email Support
- Day-by-day education on what is happening with your body and your baby
- Evidence-based answers to questions as they arise
- Access to referrals and resources as needed
- Lactation support, if applicable
- Preparation of snacks and easy meals
- Light household duties
- Respite care of newborn for parental naps/showers/breaks
- Emotional and practical support for both parents
- Tailored, intentional schedule of support to leave you feeling healthy, confident, and capable
