The Evidence Based Birth® Childbirth Class Series is designed to give you and your partner the knowledge and confidence to navigate labor and birth on your own terms. The lessons are rooted in real research, not fear.
EBB® Instructor, doula, and lactation counselor
Autumn Bessire Tattenham, CD, CLC, NCS, will guide you through everything from understanding your options to preparing for postpartum. Cost per couple: $200.

Breastfeeding Prep
Workshop - $25 per couple
Gain the knowledge, confidence, and community you need for a successful breastfeeding experience. Autumn and Ella will walk you through what to expect in those first days and weeks, how to establish a strong latch and milk supply, tips for overcoming common challenges, how your support system can show up for you, and where to turn if you need extra help along the way.

GRANDPARENTS
Crash Course - $25
A grandbaby is coming, and a lot has changed since you brought your own babies home! Join Autumn and Ella on July 12 from 10–11 AM at Rosebuds Kids Co.
in Monterey for a fun, practical, one-hour crash course covering current safe sleep and other baby safety guidelines, how to navigate modern parenting styles, and how to support the new parents in your life without overstepping. You’ll leave confident, prepared, and ready for one of the greatest moments in life!

A gentle, engaging class for parents and their older child to build connection, confidence, and a smooth transition into big sibling life. Led by Ella Quenga, experienced sibling doula and early intervention specialist.
