Evidence Based Birth® Childbirth Class series
The Evidence Based Birth® Childbirth Class Series is designed to give you and your partner the knowledge and confidence to navigate labor and birth on your own terms. The lessons are rooted in real research, not fear.
EBB® Instructor, doula, and lactation counselor
Autumn Bessire Tattenham, CD, CLC, NCS, will guide you through everything from understanding your options to preparing for postpartum. Cost per couple: $300.

Siblings Workshops - $85 per family
A gentle, engaging class for parents and their older child to build connection, confidence, and a smooth transition into big sibling life. Led by Ella Quenga, an experienced sibling doula with a background in early intervention.

Newborn Nourishment - $200 per couple
The Basics of Infant Feeding
This intimate prenatal class provides knowledge, resources, and support to build a solid foundation in the basics of breastfeeding. Camilla Morrissey, IBCLC, from Monterey Bay Lactation, and Autumn Bessire Tattenham from Sweet Peas Baby, Perinatal Support & Education, co-teach this class, bringing together two experienced perinatal professionals for two evenings of practical, judgment-free, evidence-based learning.
